Cooking Homemade Foods for Baby and Toddlers
Create delicious and nutritious bites for your child and your family. Variety is the spice of life and can be the bedrock of a future foodie palate. From purees to pizza we will share greatest hits and flavors you might never have thought would appeal. Children do not really have a preference until they have tried a specific food 14 times. Repetition is key. Recipes, tips and tricks, meal planning and more will be covered. We will share techniques and menus to inspire you at home and on the go. Come cook in our kitchen!
Books & Cookies
Thursday from 11:45am-12:30pm
Enjoy stories brought to life with enthusiasm, song and props. During this 45 minute interactive activity, we will read stories, sing, dance, jam with musical instruments and play with the parachute. Come and socialize with other babies, meet other parents and caregivers, and build community around literacy.
Baby Blossom
Fridays from 9:15am-10:30am
Cultivate your best hours with your baby by learning simple, developmentally appropriate, hands-on tools and interactive games to connect, soothe and stimulate their abilities. Support your child’s physical development from birth up to walking. For all babies, parents, and other caretakers (nannies, grandparents, best friends.) This method can also serve as an excellent form of early intervention when delays are present.
ZoomBaby

A ZoomBaby class is a 45 minute celebration of music, movement, sound, touch & instrument play to enhance lives, stimulate learning, inspire and strengthen the bond between the adult and child.
During class we will sing and move to Latin inspired songs and rhythmic rhymes in activities that include small and large movements. These activities are presented as informal experiences that are developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers to participate in regardless of their own musical ability.
